THE MOVO MILLION OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

Rules Version: 1.0 Effective Date: 6 September 2026

IMPORTANT: Please read these Official Rules carefully before participating.

By entering or participating in The MOVO Million (the “Contest”), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor regarding administration, security, verification, eligibility, and enforcement of the Contest.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT, WALLET BALANCE, TRANSFER, SUBSCRIPTION, OR OTHER FINANCIAL TRANSACTION WILL NOT INCREASE A PARTICIPANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING.

This is intended to be a contest of skill. The winner is determined through successful completion of the Contest requirements described in these Official Rules and not by random selection.

──────────────────────────── 1. SPONSOR ────────────────────────────

The Contest is sponsored and administered by:

MOVO MOVO Legal London, United Kingdom Contact: legal@movochat.com Support: support@movochat.com Security reports: security@movochat.com

(the “Sponsor” or “MOVO”).

──────────────────────────── 2. THE PRIZE ────────────────────────────

Subject to these Official Rules, the Contest offers one grand prize with a stated value of:

US $1,000,000

or the legally permitted equivalent/payment arrangement specified by the Sponsor in the final prize documentation.

The prize is not automatically payable merely because a participant submits a correct answer, discovers a clue, reaches the final stage, or receives an in-app success message.

Any potential winner remains subject to eligibility, identity, integrity, compliance, and solution verification before being officially declared the winner.

There will be no more than one Grand Prize unless MOVO expressly announces otherwise in an official amendment to these Rules.

──────────────────────────── 3. CONTEST PERIOD ────────────────────────────

The Contest begins at:

00:00 UTC on 7 September 2026

and ends upon the earliest of:

(a) verification of a valid winning Final Claim; (b) termination or suspension of the Contest as permitted under these Rules; or (c) another ending condition expressly stated by MOVO before participation closes.

There is no predetermined closing date and no predetermined winner. The Contest remains open until a correct Final Vault solution is submitted and an Official Winner is successfully verified, subject to these Rules and applicable law.

MOVO's server records and designated Contest systems will be the official timekeeping systems for the Contest.

Device clocks, screenshots, local timestamps, cached information, or participant-generated records do not determine priority.

──────────────────────────── 4. ELIGIBILITY ────────────────────────────

There is no general age restriction imposed by MOVO. However, participation and prize eligibility remain subject to applicable local law. Participation is permitted to individuals who:

• maintain an eligible MOVO account in good standing; • reside in a jurisdiction in which participation and receipt of the prize are lawful; • are legally permitted to participate in and receive a prize from the Contest; and • satisfy all identity and eligibility verification requirements.

Where a participant is a minor or otherwise lacks legal capacity to independently accept these Rules or receive the prize, MOVO may require consent, documentation or participation by a parent or legal guardian as permitted or required by applicable law.

The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, directors, officers, contractors, agents, and persons materially involved in creating, administering, testing, securing, auditing, or operating the Contest are not eligible.

Immediate family members and household members of such persons may also be excluded where required by applicable law or where their participation could create an actual or apparent conflict of interest.

MOVO may require reasonable documentation to establish eligibility.

──────────────────────────── 5. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY ────────────────────────────

Entry and participation are free.

Participants are not required to:

• purchase any product or service; • deposit money; • transfer funds; • maintain a wallet balance; • purchase digital assets; • subscribe to a paid service; or • make any other financial transaction

in order to participate or improve their chances of winning.

Normal internet, mobile-data, device, or telecommunications costs charged by a participant's own provider may apply.

──────────────────────────── 6. CONTEST OF SKILL ────────────────────────────

The MOVO Million is designed as a skill-based puzzle competition.

Participants may be required to use observation, deduction, reasoning, pattern recognition, research, logic, interpretation, and permitted interaction with designated MOVO experiences to discover and solve clues.

Random selection will not determine the winner.

Finding an individual clue does not itself constitute winning the Contest.

──────────────────────────── 7. THE HUNT ────────────────────────────

The Contest may contain multiple clues, puzzles, stages, Chapters, hidden elements, codes, messages, interactions, or other challenges.

Some clues may not initially appear to be clues.

Participants are responsible for determining the significance, relationship, sequence, and solution of Contest materials.

Unless MOVO expressly states otherwise, the existence of a clue does not guarantee that it must be used in the final solution.

Progress indicators, Chapter completion messages, visual effects, achievements, badges, notifications, or similar interface elements do not constitute confirmation that a participant has won.

──────────────────────────── 8. PERMITTED METHODS ────────────────────────────

Participants may use ordinary personal reasoning and generally available research tools unless a particular challenge expressly provides otherwise.

Participants must interact only with functionality and information intentionally made available to ordinary MOVO users.

A puzzle being difficult, concealed, encoded, or technically presented does not authorize unauthorized access to MOVO systems.

──────────────────────────── 9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT ────────────────────────────

Participants must not attempt to obtain an advantage through unauthorized or abusive means.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• hacking or attempting to gain unauthorized access to MOVO infrastructure; • exploiting security vulnerabilities; • bypassing authentication or authorization controls; • accessing private APIs, databases, administrative systems, internal dashboards, logs, source repositories, cloud infrastructure, employee accounts, or other non-public systems without authorization; • intercepting another user's private communications; • stealing credentials or session information; • malware, credential stuffing, phishing, social engineering, or denial-of-service activity; • manipulating Contest databases, timestamps, submissions, progress records, or telemetry; • falsifying identity or eligibility information; • creating or controlling multiple accounts in order to obtain an unfair advantage; • impersonating another participant; • submitting another person's Final Claim as one's own where prohibited by these Rules; • bribing, threatening, harassing, coercing, or attempting to improperly influence MOVO personnel, contractors, judges, or other participants; • interfering with another participant's ability to participate; • deliberately damaging or disrupting the Contest or MOVO services; or • violating applicable law.

Discovery of an actual security vulnerability does not constitute solving a Contest clue unless MOVO has expressly identified that specific activity as part of the Contest.

Security vulnerabilities should be reported through MOVO's designated security-reporting process and must not be exploited.

──────────────────────────── 10. AUTOMATION, BOTS, ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND MASS SUBMISSIONS ────────────────────────────

Unless MOVO expressly permits it for a particular challenge, automated participation intended to overwhelm, brute-force, scrape, enumerate, probe, or mass-submit possible solutions is prohibited.

This includes bots, scripts, automated account creation, automated submission systems, brute-force tools, and similar mechanisms.

Ordinary accessibility technologies and normal consumer-device functionality are permitted.

The Contest is designed to test human observation, reasoning and problem-solving. Artificial-intelligence systems may not be used to discover, interpret, solve or generate answers to Contest puzzles or the Final Vault. This includes generative AI assistants, AI agents, AI-powered puzzle solvers and substantially similar systems. Ordinary non-AI tools used for calculation, note-taking, research or permitted decoding remain allowed.

Use of prohibited AI assistance may result in disqualification where MOVO determines, based on reasonable evidence, that it was used to obtain a material competitive advantage.

MOVO may apply reasonable technical controls, including rate limits, to protect the integrity and availability of the Contest.

──────────────────────────── 11. COLLABORATION AND SHARED ANSWERS ────────────────────────────

Unless MOVO expressly creates a team challenge, each Final Claim is made by an individual participant.

Participants may discuss the Contest publicly or privately unless a particular stage expressly prohibits it.

However, MOVO will not resolve private disputes concerning who originally discovered, shared, sold, purchased, copied, or communicated a clue or solution.

The prize is awarded only according to the valid Final Claim and verification procedures in these Rules.

Participants should therefore protect any solution they intend to claim personally.

──────────────────────────── 12. FINAL CLAIM ────────────────────────────

Reaching the final stage does not automatically win the Contest.

A participant must submit a Final Claim using the official Final Claim mechanism designated by MOVO.

A Final Claim may require:

• the final answer or code; • answers to preceding challenges; • an explanation of the solution path; • information demonstrating how specified clues were solved; • the participant's MOVO account; • acceptance of these Rules; and • additional information reasonably necessary to verify the claim.

Final Vault attempts are unlimited, subject to reasonable security and anti-abuse controls.

Submissions made through email, social media, customer support, screenshots, messages to MOVO personnel, or other unofficial channels do not constitute a Final Claim unless MOVO expressly states otherwise.

──────────────────────────── 13. DETERMINING THE POTENTIAL WINNER ────────────────────────────

Subject to these Rules, the potential winner will be the eligible participant whose valid and complete correct Final Claim is first received and recorded by MOVO's designated Contest system.

The controlling order is determined by MOVO's authoritative server-side records, not by:

• the participant's device time; • screenshot timestamps; • message timestamps; • local logs; • screen recordings; or • the participant's perception of when a submission occurred.

If multiple Final Claims appear to have been submitted simultaneously, MOVO may use its authoritative server records and technical logs to determine the order in which complete valid claims were received.

If the Sponsor cannot reliably distinguish the order of two or more otherwise valid claims because of a verified system failure, the Sponsor will apply a pre-disclosed or legally reviewed tie-resolution procedure consistent with applicable law and the skill-based nature of the Contest.

──────────────────────────── 14. A CORRECT ANSWER IS NOT YET A WIN ────────────────────────────

Any person who appears to submit the winning solution will initially be designated a Potential Winner.

“Potential Winner” does not mean that the participant has officially won the prize.

Before being declared the Official Winner, the Potential Winner must successfully complete MOVO's verification process.

──────────────────────────── 15. WINNER VERIFICATION ────────────────────────────

MOVO may verify, to the extent reasonably necessary:

• identity; • age; • country and jurisdiction of residence; • account ownership; • eligibility; • compliance with these Rules; • authenticity of the Final Claim; • submission timing; • Contest activity relevant to integrity; • whether prohibited automation or tampering occurred; • whether multiple accounts were improperly used; • whether the solution was obtained through unauthorized access; and • any information required for lawful prize payment.

The Potential Winner may be required to provide identification, proof of residence, tax information, declarations of eligibility, releases, affidavits, or other legally required documents.

Verification does not require the participant to provide a MOVO password, authentication code, wallet seed phrase, or private cryptographic key.

MOVO will never require payment of a fee to “unlock,” “release,” “activate,” or receive the prize.

──────────────────────────── 16. VERIFICATION PERIOD ────────────────────────────

MOVO may temporarily lock or close Final Claim submissions while a Potential Winner is being verified.

The verification period may take up to thirty (30) business days or longer where reasonably necessary for identity, fraud, sanctions, legal, tax, or regulatory checks.

If the Potential Winner passes verification, MOVO will formally declare that person the Official Winner.

If the Potential Winner is disqualified, MOVO may evaluate the next earliest eligible and independently valid Final Claim according to these Rules.

──────────────────────────── 17. DISQUALIFICATION ────────────────────────────

A participant may be disqualified if MOVO determines, based on reasonable evidence, that the participant:

• was ineligible; • materially violated these Rules; • manipulated the Contest; • used prohibited automation; • used prohibited artificial-intelligence assistance; • gained unauthorized access to systems or information; • falsified information; • interfered with another participant; • submitted a fraudulent claim; or • otherwise obtained an unfair advantage contrary to these Rules.

Disqualification decisions should be documented by MOVO and based on Contest integrity rather than arbitrary preference.

Where legally required, participants will retain any rights available to them under applicable law.

──────────────────────────── 18. TECHNICAL FAILURES ────────────────────────────

MOVO will use commercially reasonable measures to operate the Contest reliably and fairly.

However, internet services and software may experience interruptions, latency, device incompatibility, network failures, service outages, corrupted transmissions, or other technical problems.

A temporary technical issue does not automatically create a right to the prize.

If a technical failure materially affects the fairness or integrity of the Contest, MOVO may pause the affected portion, restore it from a reliable state, invalidate corrupted or unauthorized activity, extend a deadline where appropriate, or take another proportionate corrective measure.

MOVO must not knowingly use this provision to selectively disadvantage a particular participant.

──────────────────────────── 19. BUGS, EXPLOITS AND UNINTENDED BEHAVIOR ────────────────────────────

An unintended software behavior, security weakness, exposed internal resource, configuration error, or other technical vulnerability is not automatically a Contest clue.

Participants must not exploit vulnerabilities to access information or functionality they would not ordinarily be authorized to access.

MOVO may invalidate progress or claims materially dependent on unauthorized exploitation.

──────────────────────────── 20. CONTEST RECORDS ────────────────────────────

For administration and integrity purposes, MOVO may maintain records relating to Contest participation, including server timestamps, clue interactions, progress events, Final Claims, security events, account identifiers, and verification records.

MOVO's authenticated server-side records will ordinarily control technical questions concerning submission order and Contest interactions, subject to applicable law and correction of demonstrated errors.

──────────────────────────── 21. PRIZE PAYMENT ────────────────────────────

The prize will be delivered only after the Official Winner has completed all required verification and documentation.

After successful verification, the Official Winner may choose from the prize-payment methods made available by MOVO for the winner's jurisdiction. The permitted payment methods, currency, timing, and any required legal documentation will be communicated to the Official Winner.

MOVO will not require the winner to pay MOVO an advance fee, activation fee, release fee, processing fee, or deposit as a condition of receiving the prize.

Any legitimate tax obligations imposed by law remain governed by Section 22.

──────────────────────────── 22. TAXES ────────────────────────────

The winner is responsible for taxes, declarations, filings, or other governmental obligations arising from receipt of the prize except to the extent applicable law requires MOVO to withhold, report, or pay an amount directly.

MOVO may request information reasonably required to satisfy tax-reporting or withholding obligations.

Participants should obtain their own tax advice.

──────────────────────────── 23. PRIVACY ────────────────────────────

The Contest does not access or analyze a participant's private messages, contacts, personal photos, calls or wallet balance for puzzle purposes. Contest systems may record Hunt-specific activity necessary to save progress, operate the Contest, protect its integrity, prevent abuse and verify a potential winning claim.

Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be processed in accordance with MOVO's applicable Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

Additional information collected specifically for winner verification will be used for Contest administration, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, tax compliance, and prize fulfillment, as applicable.

Verification information will be retained only as required for legitimate business, security, contractual, regulatory, or legal purposes.

──────────────────────────── 24. PUBLICITY ────────────────────────────

MOVO may publicly announce the winner's name, country or region, winning status, and other information where required by law or where the winner has provided any consent required by applicable law.

Participation does not constitute an unlimited waiver of privacy or publicity rights.

Any promotional use of the winner's image, voice, likeness, or personal story will be subject to applicable law and any consent requirements.

──────────────────────────── 25. RULE CHANGES ────────────────────────────

MOVO may make non-material administrative, security, clarification, or legally required updates to these Rules.

MOVO will not intentionally change the fundamental winner-selection criteria after the Contest begins in order to favor or disadvantage a particular participant.

If a material amendment becomes necessary because of law, security, fraud, technical failure, or circumstances beyond MOVO's reasonable control, MOVO will publish the amendment through an official Contest channel and identify the effective version and date.

The current version and effective date must remain accessible to participants.

──────────────────────────── 26. SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION ────────────────────────────

If circumstances outside MOVO's reasonable control make continued operation unlawful, impossible, materially compromised, or unfair,
